Reassurance

You know, I was just reading my past couple of blogs and it seems like all I'm doing is bitching. I'm sorry. I know it's probably not pleasant to read negative thoughts. I promise to be more positive and really, I'm not a bitchy person. I guess it's my hormones =)
I promise to be more optimistic so that my blogs are funnier to read. Hope yall come back now!

Hey Mary. Once I found out I was pregnant, I no longer slept on my stomach because I thought I was squishing the baby. Well, now that I know that, I definitely will start sleeping better. Thanks!

The main reason that they say to not sleep on your stomach is because once you start getting bigger you will not be able to do that. Plus you put pressure on your uterus from your body weight. It's best to get into the habit of sleeping on your side right now because that will be the only way you can sleep once you get bigger. My advice is to start sleeping on your side. Try one of those wrap around body pillows (they sell them at Target, Babies R Us, etc), they work wonders :) But do whatever you feel most comfortable doing.

Hey girl, I wanted to check in and see how you were doing. Are you still feeling sick? I really missed you on Friday night, but I totally understand that you felt bad. I told Jer that if you keep getting sick and it's affecting your work then talk to your doctor about prescribing some anti-nausea (sp?) pills. I've heard that they work wonders!

Do you think you will be up for the 4th of July firework show? I hope so :)

Hey Taylor. I'm sorry for missing your birthday. I really wanted to be there. I am actually getting worse. I started throwing up at night now. It usually got better during the day, but now it seems like it's getting worse. I don't know what I'm going to do once school starts up again. Yeah I hope to be there for the Fourth of July. I really do need to get out. Ok gotta go. Gotta make a trip to the bathroom...AGAIN.

Don't worry about sounding bitchy in the blogs, that's what it's here for, Vent woman Vent! You are at such a stressfull time, I wish you mother was more understanding! I don't get how people can be so selfish like that. Remeber that it's YOUR wedding and Your baby, unfortunatly you need to make yourself happy before worrying about anyone else. Godd luck I hope everything works out ok, try not to stress, you don't want your biggest memory of your wedding being how stressed you were before hand. Just relax, go with the flow and let the chips fall where they may. Remember, everything happens for a reason and it will all work it's self out, honest.

I hope you start feeling better soon. But you know what, an old wives tale is that the sicker you are the healthier your baby is! No kidding it really is an old wives tale. I don't think there's much truth to it, but hey you can atleast hope so! LOL!

I really hope you start feeling better soon. Make sure you talk to your Doc about it next time you go :)

Love you girl!

Yeah I heard that old wives tale too. I heard that if a woman has morning sickness badly then that means she has a less chance of miscarrying because the baby is so adamant about staying in there and coming out after nine months. That's the only reason why I am tolerating this sickness =)

Kari - thanks for understanding that I need to vent. Especially with my hormones acting up, I feel like I can scream at the top of my lungs sometimes =)
